Please Note.
Pool and jacuzzi heat will be an additional cost of £70/$115 per week.
We can accomodate any number of days for rental but anything less than 5 days will incur an additional £55/$90 cleaning charge.
A refundable breakage deposit of £250/$350 is required with the balance. This fee will rise slightly with a prolonged rental period but it is fully refundable if no damage occurs.
£100/$200 per week deposit is required to secure dates.
Full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to rental dates.
Gas BBQ's are available for rent via our Management Company at $50 p.w. (current price, subject to change) either paid to us or locally to our M.C.

Offers are always available, prices change depending on current economic climate, "gap filling" between existing confirmed dates, etc so please email for a personalised quote.
Our changeover days are flexible.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payment is via www.lastminutevillas.net .
Run the pointer over the “Home” banner on the homepage to reveal the drop down menu, enter “1603” into the “Find villa” box , this opens our villa page, Tigerlily Villa, click “pay for booking” or the Credit Card icon and follow the instructions.
Payment in Euros
We do accept Euro payments. We prefer credit card payments for Euros although Bank transfers are acceptable with any additional cost being met by the guest. Refunds will be by £chq, although Bank transfers and Bankers drafts can be arranged with any additional cost being met by the guest. All additional expenses will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Euro costs will be calculated on currency rates at the time of the enquiry.
