Villa Details

This is a non smoking, fully air conditioned villa. Smoking allowed on the deck area only.

Pool & Deck

We have a 12' x 26' pool and a 6' jacuzzi built into one corner of the pool.

Pool & jacuzzi heat is optional and if chosen we have set the pool temperature to 80 degrees and, more importantly, the jacuzzi to 95+. Pool heat is recommended for stays between October to March. We have supplied a pool cover, please use it during these months for overnight or long periods away from the pool. this will ensure that the heat is retained in the water.

N.B. Please do not use the pool cover during the hot Summer months as this heats the water to unsafe temperatures when the chemicals fail to work correctly and germs and algae are likely to occur.

The surrounding pool deck has been extended so there is plenty of room for table, chairs and sun loungers. The large, covered lanai (patio) is perfect for alfresco dining or just for a little shade from the sun drenched deck. We have placed additional screening to the lanai to ensure even more privacy. There is full screening to the pool and deck which lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out and there are no rear neighbours as the house backs on to a wooded conservation area. The master ensuite bathroom can be accessed from the pool side when required saving wet feet through the house.

By law we have to fit safety fencing to the pool area to safeguard against toddlers falling into the pool so that's one less worry for parents with small children. The pool fencing is removable. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with large work surfaces and a central island. All the appliances are Whirlpool and include large self-cleaning oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge freezer which is plumbed in to dispense ice (block & crushed) and iced water on demand.

Twin sinks include a waste disposal unit and plastic tableware has been provided as well as ceramic for safe use on the deck area. 

Dining Area

Dining table and chairs, place settings, everything for a family meal. We've even located the CD player here for music while you eat. There are a selection of books and novels in the cabinet, some supplied and some left by previous renters (thank you). We've also placed the rechargeable walkie talkies here for your use in the parks or on the community.

Lounge

A large corner sofa dominates the lounge area with a view through the patio doors to the lanai, pool and woodland. The sofa incorporates a Queen size pullout bed. A 37" LCD tv fitted with cable tv(75+ channels) and DVD player are here along with an assortment of DVD's for those occasional nights in to recharge the batteries!. Ceiling fan.

Internet Area

We have cable broadband supplied by Bright House, our cable t.v. supplier and we have provided a wireless router to an unsecured network (142 Tigerlily) as well as the cable modem ethernet connection. 

Master Bedroom (En-Suite)

Large patio doors lead onto the lanai and two windows look out onto the pool. There is a Kingsize bed, elegant furniture, built in closet, ceiling fan, clock radio (for those early rises to the parks!) and 20" LCD tv fitted with cable tv. There is a small key safe located in the closet. The en-suite consists of his and her sinks, wc and very large walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 (En-Suite*)

Fitted with twin beds, built in closet, ceiling fan, 20" LCD tv fitted with cable tv and a Sony PS2 with an assortment of games and 2 controllers. There is an en-suite bathroom with single sink, wc and bath with fitted shower over. *This bathroom can also be accessed from the communal hall and used as the day bathroom.

Bedroom 3(En-Suite*)

Fitted with a Queen size bed, elegant furniture, built in closet, ceiling fan, clock radio and 20" LCD tv fitted with cable tv. The en-suite consists of single sink. wc and large walk in shower.

Bedroom 4(En-Suite*)

Fitted with twin beds, built in closet, ceiling fan and 20" LCD tv fitted with cable tv. The en-suite consists of single sink, wc and large walk in shower.

*Please note that Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the same en-suite.

Games Room

The single garage has been converted to provide a games room to add another little dimension to your stay. We've a $2,000 competition quality pool table and an electronic dart board using safe plastic tipped darts. Enough to keep the kids amused whilst the adults get ready or....for the adults to play when the kids are in bed!. Floor fan.

Laundry

There is a large washing machine and large dryer located in the garage.
